Cycling and Running

Ok most of my blog readers will know that I bike a lot and hike the Lost Bluff trail a lot. Well today Justin Ferguson and I decided we would bike to the Lost Bluff trail, run the trail best we could, then bike back. Wow thats a killer excercise day. We both strapped on our Camel Backs so we could stay hydrated, put the iPhone in the armband and secured it to the arm, launched the iPod, started some tunes, launched the runkeeper to keep track of it all with gps, and headed out.

I did 3 runkeeper journals. One for the bike trip to the trail, one for the trail run, then one for the bike ride home.

All together it was 18.65 Miles done in 2 hours 31 minutes.
